Reading Town Train

"All Aboard!" The Reading Town Train has arrived at the Northern Ontario Railroad Museum and Heritage Centre in Capreol. Visit the Museum and enjoy a fun filled day of family activities, discover life on a school car as recreated by local performers at 10:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m. and 2:15 p.m, and stories from Creepy Capreol will come alive through narration by authors Mat Del Papa, Ayden Miron,  Liisa Kovala and Tom Leduc. Guided Creepy Capreol bus tours will depart from the museum at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and will be 30 minutes in length.

We will also be previewing a new exhibit called Tales from the Rails in partnership with the Sudbury Writers Guild and the Northern Ontario Railroad Museum and Heritage Centre. Local and regional authors will share their unique stories and perspectives on what Canada 150 means to them.
