Report: Attendance
A total of 156 delegates participated in the first TD National Reading Summit. Of those 11 were via webcast. Delegates represented libraries, publishing companies, associations, school boards, academics, literacy organizations, reading programs, media, funding bodies and writers (in order of highest to lowest representation). While the majority were from Ontario, there were delegates from across the country (Halifax, Regina, Montreal etc.) and those participating via webcast were mostly from western Canada and northern Ontario.
